Description
We all know that Harry Potter could never have defeated Voldemort and stopped him from taking over the wizarding world if it weren’t for the help of his friends.
If it weren’t for Hermione, Luna, Ginny, Neville, and Ron, Harry wouldn’t be the person we all know and love.
But why think of them as just side characters? Don’t these people deserve to be thought of as more than just Harry’s friends? Don’t they deserve a story of their own?
Haven’t you ever wondered about Luna, about her life before Harry met her, or maybe even before hogwarts? Haven’t you ever wondered how Neville lived with his strict grandmother? How did Ron as an overprotective brother work out between him and Ginny?

Not that I was forced to write it, but I am a big Harry Potter fan and I really enjoyed Anna’s take on some of my favorite characters. Would have liked to read more about Hermoine, my most favorite, but probably that was left short intentionally. After all, she eclipses everyone else, given the spotlight, right? 😉

Love that you gave attention to the small guys, and the story are super creative. Write more? Maybe for other genres like drama

Writing a book at any age is no lil feat. And our lil girl next door has done it on her 12th birthday! Just started reading it and let me tell you, I’m awestruck! It doesn’t look like a book written by a 12 year old girl! Right choice of words at right times! Wonderful detailing! Careful craft! ✌
The very idea of putting yourself in the shoes of those sidekick characters is novel. Normally, everyone is focused on the hero. Who cares about a struggling fisherman called Peter, when you have Jesus Christ the superstar performing miracles one after the other! But wouldn’t the supporting characters too have their own stories to tell in an epic? This book is an attempt to throw some light on those characters who are destined to perform under the shadows of protagonists. Enjoyed every bit of it. Can’t wait to see more of such pieces of writing from Anna!
